  • Clinic owner and Lead Physiotherapist

    Over the last 12 years Amy has had the pleasure working with a wide variety of individuals in the NHS, private sector and elite sport. Amy specialises in helping people reach their full potential, eliminate pain, and achieve their goals through implementing individualised and structured rehab plans. She enjoys embarking on, and sharing, each individuals journey through their rehabilitation to see them become happier, healthier, stronger and more confident living an active lifestyle. Amy is also the Lead Physiotherapist for Scotland Women’s Cricket where she is responsible for the health and wellbeing of their athletes and supports them on tours such as the T20 World Cup.

    When not in clinic, Amy enjoys playing Netball, strength training and generally being outdoors!

  • Physiotherapist

    Toby is a chartered Physiotherapist registered with the CSP and HCPC. Toby specialises in promoting optimal musculoskeletal heath and wellbeing by empowering individuals to take ownership of their rehab journey and help them reach their goals. Toby strives to make rehabilitation both fun and functional to help patients achieve the best results from their treatment.

    Toby is also a fully qualified sports massage therapist.

    Away from clinic Toby provides pitchside cover for Dings Rugby club.

  • Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist

    Amy is a Chartered Physiotherapist, qualifying in 2003. She has 20+ years experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy specialising in infants, early intervention, infant orthopaedics, cerebral palsy and developmental delay. 

    Amy is trained in an abundance of specialist assessments and interventions for infants and children. 

    Therapeutic input is always focused around functional based goals that are important to the child and their families, achieving them through play and fun based activities. 

    Amy also works within a neonatal and paediatric department within the NHS where she is very active within services and research that supports some of the South West’s most vulnerable babies. 

    Bringing up 2 neurodiverse children at home Amy is also very aware of additional support, DLA forms and EHCP reviews and is happy to support parents/carers with the challenges of navigating life with a child with additional needs. 

    In her free time Amy enjoys family, friends, netball and walking.

  • Chartered Physiotherapist

    Jess is a Chartered Physiotherapist, however, she also holds a degree in Sports Rehabilitation with over 5 years experience in professional football. She brings a wealth of experience working in both private practice and as a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS. Jess’s ethos centres on empowering individuals to thrive and reach their fullest potential. Whether it involves returning to sports, facilitating work activities, enhancing mobility, or aiding patients in maintaining independence at home, she aims to foster active lifestyles. Jess focuses on bespoke treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs, helping them achieve their own unique goals.

    When not in clinic Jess maintains an active lifestyle through running and strength training, and she used to be a highly competitive netball player, representing English universities, Bath U19’s NTL and National Prem 2.

    When not working, David enjoys gym training, hiking, indulging in Bristol's amazing food scene, and playing any sport he can get his hands on, such as football, golf, cricket, and padel.

    Katie is a qualified Sports Therapist who offers a wide range of services including injury assessments, tailored rehabilitation programmes, sports massage, shockwave therapy, and VALD force deck testing. Katie is also qualified in pregnancy massage, allowing her to support women through every stage of their journey with safe and effective treatments.

    As an experienced rugby player, Katie understands first-hand the physical demands of training and competition, and brings this insight into her practice. Her treatments combine clinical expertise with a real-world appreciation of what it takes to perform, recover, and stay injury-free.

    Passionate about helping people move better, Katie works with individuals of all ages and activity levels – from athletes striving for peak performance to anyone seeking relief from everyday aches and pains.

    Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys playing rugby, keeping active through strength training, and heading out on long walks with her dog.
